    Rupert Summer Nights are almost here, and we’re looking for amazing food trucks to help make Wednesday nights at the Square unforgettable! Bring your best menu, great energy, and be part of a summer tradition the community looks forward to every year. With live music, family-friendly fun, and a crowd ready to eat, it’s the perfect opportunity to showcase your business and connect with the Rupert community.

    📅 Dates:

    • Wednesdays June 3rd-Aug 12th

    • Excluding July 1st


      🕔 Hours:

    • Setup: 4 PM – 5 PM

    • Serve: 6 PM – 8:30 PM

    🛍 Vendor Permit via City of Rupert:

    • Full Year Permit-$100

    • One day Permit-$10

    • Your City of Rupert permit, fire inspection, certificate of health inspection, driver’s license, and photos of your food truck and menu need to be submitted to the City of Rupert.

    🌟 Important Notes:

    • This is an approval based commitment for the dates you select. Application is not a guarantee of approval.

    • Food trucks must stay open during agreed times.

    • Our jury & selection process ensures a high-quality and diverse selection for attendees.

    • Food trucks must stay within designated spaces and set up at designated times.

    • Spaces are limited — don’t wait to apply!
